Partner

Mohammed Al-Omaisi is a partner with over 21 years of versatile professional experience in the fields of external audit, internal audit, accounting, and tax advisory. He has a diverse background, having spent five years in the private sector and five years with an international public accounting firm.

Hasan Al-Kibsi

Managing Partner

Hasan Al-Kibsi is the Managing Partner with strong and diversified work profile and over 26 years of versatile professional experience in the fields of external audit, internal audit, accounting, and tax advisory. He has an excellent knowledge and experience in consulting and advisory methodologies such as Business Process Reengineering (BPR), due diligence, valuation, feasibility studies, and diagnostic reviews.

Waleed Al-Harazi is a partner and development expert with expertise in the areas of strategic planning, organizational development, project management, investment promotion, sector analysis, special economic zones, and public sector reform. He also has extensive experience of more than 26 years in the fields of auditing and consulting.
