Job Position Major Objective
Lead and direct the IT department to achieve the company's strategic objectives by developing and implementing IT strategies, managing IT infrastructure, ensuring information security, and promoting technological innovation in line with global best practices.

Qualifications:
· Master in information technology or business administration (Highly Preferred).
· Bachelor of Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Management Information Systems or equivalent.
· Practical experience of not less than ten years in the field of information technology (Highly preferred), information systems management, or in information security management.

Skills:
· Extensive knowledge of information technologies (servers, networks, databases, information security).
· Experience in Enterprise Resource Management (ERP) systems.
· Use MS Office applications professionally.
· Advanced understanding of information security and risk management.
· Familiarity with the latest technologies and trends in the field of information technology.
· Experience in managing systems development projects.
· Professional English language skills
· Excellent communication skills.
· Planning and organizing.
· Ability to solve problems and make decisions.
· Strategic and analytical thinking.
· Leading others and be able to motivate them to work.

Must Have:
· Certificate in Information Security Management (CISSP, CISM) (Priority).
· Project Manager Professional (PMP) (Priority).
· COBIT Technical Governance Certificate (Priority).
· Computer skills, especially in Office programs
· Computer skill, especially in the Office suite

Main Tasks:
Develop and implement an IT strategy in line with the company's goals and vision.
Seek new opportunities to apply technology to improve process efficiency and promote growth.
Keep abreast of the latest developments in the field of information technology and assess their impact on the company.
Supervise the management, maintenance and development of the company's IT infrastructure.
Ensure the availability and continuity of information systems with high efficiency.
Effectively manage IT resources to achieve the best possible use.
Develop and implement information security policies and procedures to protect company data.
Conduct information security risk assessments periodically and take the necessary measures to mitigate them.
Ensure compliance with standards and legislation related to information security.
Lead and direct the IT team.
Developing team skills and providing opportunities for training and professional development.
Building a positive and stimulating work environment to enhance productivity and innovation.
Preparing and managing the IT budget.
Monitor IT spending and ensure budget adherence.
Ensure the provision of technical support to all employees of the company.
Supervise the efficient and timely resolution of technical problems.
Improve users' experience with systems and applications.

المؤهلات
· ماجستير في تقنية المعلومات أو إدارة الأعمال (أفضلية).
· بكالوريوس هندسة الحاسوب، علوم الحاسوب، تقنية معلومات، أو نظم المعلومات الإدارية أو ما يعادلها.
· خبرة عملية لا تقل عن عشر سنوات في مجال تقنية المعلومات(أفضلية)، إدارة نظم معلومات، أو في إدارة أمن المعلومات.

المهارات
· معرفة واسعة بتقنيات المعلومات (الخوادم، الشبكات، قواعد البيانات، أمن المعلومات).
· خبرة في أنظمة إدارة موارد المؤسسات (ERP).
· استخدام تطبيقات MS Office باحترافية.
· فهم متقدم لأمن المعلومات وإدارة المخاطر.
· الإلمام بأحدث التقنيات والاتجاهات في مجال تقنية المعلومات.
· خبرة في إدارة مشاريع تطوير الأنظمة.
· مهارات احترافية في اللغة الإنجليزية
· مهارات تواصل ممتازة.
· والتخطيط والتنظيم.
· القدرة على حل المشكلات واتخاذ القرارات.
· التفكير الاستراتيجي والتحليلي.
· قيادة الآخرين والقدرة على تحفيزهم على العمل.

يجب توافرها
· شهادة في إدارة أمن المعلومات مثل (CISSP, CISM) (أفضلية).
· شهادة مدير مشاريع محترف (PMP) (أفضلية).
· شهادة الحوكمة التقنية COBIT (أفضلية).
· مهارة استخدام الكمبيوتر، وخاصة في برامج Office

إدارة موارد تقنية المعلومات بفعالية لتحقيق أفضل استخدام ممكن.
تطوير وتنفيذ سياسات وإجراءات أمن المعلومات لحماية بيانات الشركة.
إجراء تقييمات مخاطر أمن المعلومات بشكل دوري واتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة للتخفيف منها.
ضمان الامتثال للمعايير والتشريعات المتعلقة بأمن المعلومات.
