Job Position Major Objective

Lead and direct the IT department to achieve the company's strategic objectives by developing and implementing IT strategies, managing IT infrastructure, ensuring information security, and promoting technological innovation in line with global best practices.

Qualifications

  • Master in Information Technology or Business Administration (Preferable)
  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Practical experience of not less than ten years in the field of Information Technology or Information System Management.
  • CISSP , CISM , PMP,  and COBIT  Certificates holders are highly preferred.

Must Have

  • Extensive knowledge of all aspects of information technologies.
  • Experience in Enterprise Resources Management (ERP). 
  • Experience in using MS office applications professionally.
  • Advanced understanding of information security and risk management.
  •   Experience in managing system development projects.

Main Tasks


    • Develop and implement an IT strategy in line with the company's goals and vision.
    • Seek new opportunities to apply technology to improve process efficiency and promote growth.
    • Keep abreast of the latest developments in the field of information technology and assess their impact on the company.
    • Supervise the management, maintenance and development of the company's IT infrastructure.
    • Ensure the availability and continuity of information systems with high efficiency.
    • Effectively manage IT resources to achieve the best possible use.
    • Develop and implement information security policies and procedures to protect company data.
    • Conduct information security risk assessments periodically and take the necessary measures to mitigate them.
    • Ensure compliance with standards and legislation related to information security.
    • Lead and direct the IT team.
    • Developing team skills and providing opportunities for training and professional development.
    • Building a positive and stimulating work environment to enhance productivity and innovation.
    • Preparing and managing the IT budget.
    • Monitor IT spending and ensure budget adherence.
    • Ensure the provision of technical support to all employees of the company.
    • Supervise the efficient and timely resolution of technical problems.
    • Improve users' experience with systems and applications.
